Intake manifolds in galvanized steel
Intake manifolds in galvanized steel
SKU:6600
Manifolds play an important role in the assembly of pumps in booster sets. Pump manifolds are divided into suction manifolds and delivery manifolds and are used to connect multiple pumping units in parallel when a greater flow rate is required, both in the case of domestic water supply and in various industrial applications.
The collectors are made of galvanized steel. Characterized by a thin thickness of the main tube which increases the internal surface for fluid passage and TIG welding of the threaded parts, the manifolds have pressure losses reduced to a minimum. Manifolds for pressurization units are used to connect two pumping units in order to obtain a greater water flow rate. In addition to the water-sanitary sector, they are used in water purification or industrial water treatment plants and work at a nominal operating pressure (PN) of 16 bar.
